William T. Brashier “Bill Tom”

William T. Brashier (Bill Tom), 87, of Helena, Alabama passed away October 24, 2025. He is preceded in death by his parents, Morgan Leroy and Willie Nathaniel Brashier, his sisters, Maryalice Dennis and Boyd Brasher, and his son, Brian Brashier. William is survived by his loving wife, Patricia Brashier, his daughter, Tammy Thomas (Louis), his son, Mark Brashier (Kay), eight grandchildren and ten great-grandchildren.

Bill was born in 1937, growing up on the “Valley Road” where he lived until 1984. He met and married the love of his life at the age of nineteen and they were married for sixty-eight years at the time of his passing. Always a hard worker, he founded B & B Roofing, Inc., which is still a successful commercial roofing company that has been handed down for future generations to continue. In his minimal free time, he was the leader of many successful softball teams and loved to go fishing. During family get togethers, he was always manning the hand-built fire pit and had some of the best ribs you’d ever taste. He lived a good life and was loved and respected by many. He will truly be missed.

And in case you didn’t know… he was never wrong.

I am so sorry to hear about Bill’s passing. He was a good man. He was a mentor to some of his employees excluding my husband. I thank him for that. Praying for his sweet family! May God comfort all of you during this difficult time! ❤️🙏
