Eva Loreda Brooks Harding

Eva Loreda Brooks Harding, 85, passed away peacefully in the comfort of her own home on Wednesday, August 5, 2026, surrounded by the loved ones who meant everything to her.

Family was the heart of Eva’s life. Nothing brought her more joy than the people she gathered close, and her love only grew with each new generation. She treasured her grandsons and delighted in her great-granddaughter, finding in them a happiness that carried her through her days. To be with her family was to be wrapped in her warmth, and the bonds she built will continue to hold them together in the years ahead. Eva is survived by her daughters, Stacy Walton and her husband James, and Carri Ledsome; her grandsons, Brooks Ledsome, Josh Walton and his wife Sera, Matthew Walton and his wife Brooke, and Jackson Ledsome; and her beloved great- granddaughter, Nora Walton.

There will be no services at this time.

Eva’s love for her family was her greatest legacy, and it lives on in every one of them.
