Brenda Faye Johnson Pickett

Brenda Faye Johnson Pickett of Montevallo, AL, went to her heavenly home on Tuesday, October 6, 2026, at the age of 67. She was born on November 17, 1958, to her parents, Floyd Johnson and Mildred Sims Johnson, both have preceded her in death. Brenda is also preceded in death by a brother, Timothy Johnson; brother-in-law, Wade Dennis.

Brenda is survived by her loving husband, Andy Pickett; daughter, Kim Juarez (Sal); son, Brandon Hendrix; step-daughter, Christina O’Neal; step-son, Bruce Pickett; grandsons, Gavin Juarez (Brooke) and Ethan Juarez; great granddaughter, Presley Juarez; sisters, Gayla Stano (Skip) and Sheila Dennis; sister-in-law, Janet Johnson; and numerous nieces and nephews.

Celebration of Life services will be held Friday, October 9, 2026, at Charter Funeral Home. A visitation will be held from  4 p.m. to 8 p.m. to celebrate the great person she was to everyone who knew her.
