Mary Walton, age 81, of Calera, AL, passed away
Tuesday, May 2, 2017. She was a member of the First Free Will Baptist Church in Sylacauga and loved to go camping in Cades Cove in the Smokey Mountain National Park, TN. She was predeceased by her parents, Ben and Novis Tate; sister, Vergie Washington and grandson, Ronald “Cary” Walton, Jr. Her survivors include her husband of 63 years, Gary Walton; children, Ricky Walton, Ron Walton, Sr. (Pam) and Debra Landers (Ronnie); sister, Brenda Presley (Ronald); grandchildren, Chris Walton (Christy), Phillip Landers (girlfriend, Ashley Green), Rebecca Marley (Tim) and Amelia Landers and great grandchildren, Hannah, Abigail (Autum), Cara, Aiden, Khloe and Shaddox. A visitation will be

Thursday, May 4, 2017 at Charter Funeral Home. A Funeral Service will be

Gary and Family, our hearts are saddened by th passing of Mary. We know that she is rejoicing n heaven. She has made the journey of this life and heard the Lord say” you have fought a good fight , enter in.” Our prayers is that the Holy Spirit will comfort you in these sad times. We love you all.
