Joyce Ann Johnson

Joyce Ann Johnson, age 69, of Maylene, Al. passed away Sunday, August 4, 2024 surrounded by her loved ones. She was born in Tampa, FL on March 7 ,1955, to her parents Truman Hayes and Thelma Salters, both have preceded her in death. Joyce is also preceded by her loving husband, Bobby Johnson Sr. She is survived by her daughter, Amanda Contorno; sons, Bobby Johnson Jr. and Scott Johnson (Melissa); sisters, Kathy Klump and Allena Whitworth (Jackie); brothers James Hayes (Laurie), Bobby Austin, and Joey Austin (Linda); grandchildren, Sumer Johnson, Tiffany Johnson, Zack Johnson, Emily Contorno, Sara Johnson, Hunter Johnson, Bailey Johnson, Cody Johnson, Lacey Contorno, Lacey Johnson, Hannah Johnson, Jessica Johnson, and Makenzie Johnson; step grandson, Richard Waters; and  great grandchildren, Paisley Johnson and Noah Johnson  . A celebration of life will be held Saturday, August 10, 2024 in the Charter Funeral Home Chapel from 11 am to 1 pm.  Family requests there are to be no flowers sent at this time.
