John Thomas Sirna

 John Thomas Sirna, passed away September 10, 2016 at the age of 67.  He was a loving husband.  John was a native of Milwaukee, Wis.  He joined the Army in 1968 and served 18 1/2 years.  He was a member of the DAV, American Legion and VFW.  He is survived by his wife, Nancy Sirna.  He loved to travel and will be deeply missed by those who were blessed to have known and loved him.  A Graveside Service  with honors will be held  10:15 a.m., Tuesday, September 13, 2016 at the Alabama National Cemetery.

    Nancy, we are so sad to hear about your loss of John. I only met him once at a reunion, however, I liked him very much. I also appreciate the year he insisted that you come to the reunion to carry on the shrimp cooking for him. He will be missed.
