Bonnie Sue Pickett

Bonnie Sue Pickett, age 77, passed away Wednesday, September 13, 2023, surrounded by her loved ones. She was born in Marvel, AL on June 13, 1946 to her parents, Rafe Burke Goggins and Jewel Emma Goggins, both have preceded her in passing. She is also preceded by her brother, Larry Wayne Goggins. Bonnie is survived by her loving husband of 60 years, Larry Wayne Pickett; son, Darron Wayne Pickett (Eleanor); daughter, Dana Pickett Taylor; granddaughters, April Turner (Joel), Kelsey Callahan, and Claire Saltsman (Taylor); grandson, Benjamin “Ben” Pickett; and great grandchildren, Kenley, Piper, Carson and Raelyn. Services will be held Monday, September 18, 2023 in the Charter Funeral Home Chapel. A visitation will be held from 12 pm to 2 pm, a service will begin at 2 pm. Bonnie will be laid to rest in Macedonia Cemetery.
