Michael David Kelley

Michael David Kelley, age 76, of Maylene, AL passed away peacefully on July 14, 2023. He was born Dec. 7, 1947 in Bessemer, AL to Florence Thelma Butler Kelley and Carl Raymond Kelley. Mike was preceded in death by his parents and his late wife Robin Hartsfield. He was a proud Vietnam Veteran and avid Alabama fan.

He will be dearly missed by his family, including his cousins Wallis and Shirley Harrison, Tammy and Hunter Hall, along with their children and grandchildren.

His burial service will be at 11:45 am on Tuesday, July 18, 2023 at the Alabama National Cemetery in Montevallo, Alabama.

    We are saddened by this loss , but Mike is in a better place. The graveside service was carried out in a very dignified manner and he would have been proud. Thank you to the people who attended. It meant a lot to us. May he rest in peace. The peace he has been searching for for a long long time!
