Peggy H. Whitworth

Peggy H. Whitworth, 93, Montevallo, AL passed away October 24, 2025. She attended Riverchase United Methodist Church. She enjoyed traveling and loved her fur babies. Peggy was a loving mother and will be greatly missed by all who loved and knew her.  She is preceded in death by her loving husband, William A. Whitworth, Jr. Peggy is survived by her son, William A. (Tena) Whitworth, III; brothers, Edwin Harrell (Marion), and Joseph Harrell (Betty); sister, Jane Alexander (Lawrence).

Visitation will be held on Friday, October 31, 2025, from 11:30 a.m. until 12:30 p.m. in the chapel of Charter Funeral Home in Calera, AL. Her graveside service will follow at 1:15 p.m. at the Alabama National Cemetery Montevallo, AL.
