Steve Lynn Nichols

Steve Lynn Nichols, age 72, passed away Monday, October 13, 2025. He was born on June 12, 1953, to his parents, L.D. Nichols and Pauline Mitchell Nichols, both have preceded him in death. Steve is also preceded in death by brothers, David Nichols, Bobby Nichols (Becky) and Paul Nichols.

Steve is survived by his son, Jamie Nichols; sister, Sharon Hopkins; brother, Shelton Nichols; grandson, Michael Nichols; and a host of nieces and nephews.

    One of the most precious people I have ever known in my life. We grew up down the road from each other and he was always playing with my brothers. He was “just one of the family”. I named my first son, Steve, after him.
