Austin Reid Blankenship, age 28 passed away Wednesday, April 10 ,2024 surrounded by his loved ones. He is survived by his parents, Brandi Shalaghn Smith, and Chad Blankenship; uncles, Harrison Gough (Ashley) and Travis Blankenship; aunts, Kayla Glass (David), Kaitlyn Herrera (Omar), and Tabitha Kilgore (Michael); grandparents, Wayne and Tammy Blankenship; grandmother, Kay Gough; great grandmother, Nadine Boatright; and cousins, Loegan Blankenship, Winter Kilgore and Mikey Kilgore. A Celebration of Life will be held Tuesday, April 16, 2024, from 1pm to 3 pm in the Charter Funeral Home Chapel.
