Anne Shannon Preston

Anne Shannon Preston, 63 of Birmingham passed away on November 30, 2017. She was born March 30, 1954 to Mary Kathryn Gaines Preston and Rhea Sutphen Preston, M.D.  She is predeceased by her sister Kathryn Gaines Preston Parks (Daryl Parks). She is survived by her brother, Rhea “Pete” Preston (Patti Preston).Her sister Patsy Carole Broadhead (Jack). Her nephews, Brandon Broadhead (Amber), Rhea Broadhead (Mandi) ,Preston Broadhead (Marleigh) and Rhea “Trey” Preston (Eva). Her niece Sachie Broadhead and numerous grandnieces & 1 grandnephew. There will be a celebration of Shannon’s life Saturday Dec 9th starting at 1pm at Spring Creek Church (3411 Spring Creek Rd Montevallo, Al 35115). This will be followed with a gathering at the home of her nephew Brandon Broadhead (105 Indigo Ln Calera, Al 35040).
