Marjorie J. Arvin, age 81, passed away on Monday, August 26, 2019. Marge is survived by her husband of 59 years, Robert Arvin; son Scott (Julie) Arvin; daughter Ann Williamson; 4 grandchildren and 1 great grandson. She is preceded in death by her parents, Wallace and Stella Johnson. Visitation will be held at Vestavia Hills United Methodist Church, Rutledge Chapel, Thursday, September 5, 2019 from 11 am until 12 noon. Memorial service to follow at noon. In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations to either Vestavia Hills United Methodist Church or Alzheimer’s of Central Alabama, PO Box 2273, Birmingham, AL 35201.

    Marge was such a delightful woman. Played bridge with her for years but lost contact with her years ago. I am so sorry for your loss. She was so kind and lovely woman. She will be missed. Sandra Glasscock
