Walter E. “Gene” Glass

Walter E. “Gene” Glass, age 75, of Opelika, went to be with Jesus Thursday Sept. 17, 2015. He was predeceased by his wife, Elizabeth Ruth Snipes Glass and daughter, April Louise Hodges. His survivors include his daughters, Elizabeth Diana Sherwood (Kenny) and Amanda Lynn Gibson (Cliff); sons, Tommy Eugene Glass and Troy Steven Glass (Cindy); 11 grandchildren and 5 great grandchildren. A visitation will be 11-12: noon, Saturday, Sept. 19, 2015 with a Funeral Service to follow at 12: noon. Gene’s family appreciates all the love and support shown to them at this time.
