Rebecca “Sue” Nolen Dyess
Rebecca “Sue” Nolen Dyess, age 81, passed away peacefully Sunday March 21, 2021. She is preceded in death by her husband Joseph Edward Dyess; father, William A. Nolen: mother, Ruby G. Nolen; brother, Jackie Nolen; and sister Paula Vandiver. Sue is survived by her children, James Arthur Dyess, Rebecca Ann Dyess, and Thomas Edward Dyess (Brandy); grandchildren, Zachary Thomas Woodard and Kayley Michele Dyess; sister, Jeannie Nolen Sanders (Clayton); and brothers-in-law Robert Dyess and Charles Dyess (Laurette). A Celebration of Life will be held on Saturday, March 27, 2021, at 11:00 am at Charter Funeral Home in Calera, Alabama. Sue will be laid to rest at the Alabama National Cemetery in Montevallo, Alabama.

I was raised next to me and Mrs Nolan on Smokey rd I remember sue she was so beauitful and she was everything in school her brother Jackie and Paula and Jenny such A wonderful family will miss you all rest high may God bless your family
