Pamela Jean Lee

Pamela Jean Lee passed away on March 28, 2025 surrounded by her loved ones. Pam was born May 18, 1959 to her cherished parents, Jasper and Myra Lill.
Pam’s devotion to her family was at the very core of her heart. It was her life’s goal to let each of them know how loved they were, and that her arms were always a safe space to call home. She would be happy to know that she succeeded. She was a caregiver of no comparison, a strong willed, compassionate, empathetic and independent woman, sister, mother, daughter, wife and friend whose legacy will proudly be carried on by her family. She will always be remembered for the incredibly beautiful force of nature that she was, her smile will never be forgotten and her love will always be felt.
She was preceded in death by her parents and brother, Robert Lill. She is survived by her adoring husband of 37 years, Darryl, and by their beloved children, Tracy Galloway, Kasey (Luke) Cummings, Jeannie (Josh) Birkenkamp, and Tyler Lee. Pam has seven grandchildren who were their Mimi’s absolute world and always will be: Jack, Rian, Ian, Abel, Reid, Will and Colston.
Her family has chosen to celebrate her life in a private and intimate ceremony.
My heart was broken to learn of Pam’s passing. She was a beloved friend and coworker that I shared HeartSouth with for over 20 years. I will miss her contagious laugh and the stories we shared about our families. My prayers are with all of you during this most difficult time, but find comfort in knowing her love for all of you cannot be measured. My prayers are with you. Fly high with the angels Pam.
So heartbreaking!! I worked with Pam for 15 years and she was a very special lady!! She loves her family very much and this obituary was written exactly how I thought of Pam and the love she had for her family!
