Delores Jean Joyner

Delores Jean Joyner, age 77 passed away peacefully on May 3, 2023. She was born In Mississippi on August 15, 1945, to her loving parents, Matthew Taylor and Margaret Keith Taylor, both have preceded her in death. Delores is also preceded by her loving husband, James A. Joyner; granddaughter, Stormy Hernandez; and four brothers. She is survived by her daughter Mittis Hernandez (Ricardo); son Eddie Joyner (Tammy); grandchildren, James Joyner (Nora), Tabitha Joyner (Marcus), Amber Cork (Tyler), Shequilla Weaver (Marcus) and Maria Hernandez; and 9 great grandchildren.

Services will be held Monday May 8, 2023, in the Charter Funeral Home Chapel. A visitation will be held from 10 a.m. to 12 p.m. Delores will be laid to rest in Cedar Grove Cemetery where there will be a graveside service held at 2 p.m.
