Bertha B. Gant

 Bertha B. Gant, age 95, of Alabaster, Alabama, formerly of Walker County, Alabama, went to be with Jesus on Tuesday, February 16, 2016. Bertha was a life time member of the Church of Christ.  She was predeceased by her husband, Melvin Gant and granddaughter, Kimberly Colvin. Her survivors include her daughters, Linda A. Downing (Charles) and Sharon G. Colvin (Bruce); sisters, Lera Douglas (Norman) and Peggy Corry (Roger); grandchildren, Allen Davis (Kenda) and Brian Colvin (Natalie); great grandchildren, Brittany, Tyler and Braxton; and great great Grandchildren, Will, Emma and Joseph.   There was a private Graveside Service in Walker County.
