Willun “Buck” Thomas

Willun “Buck” Thomas (88) of Clanton, AL passed away on November 2, 2022.

 Buck was a US Army veteran and an avid hunter and fisherman.

Mr. Thomas worked at SEPCO as a manager for 59 years prior to his retirement.

He is survived by his wife of 49 years, Clara Jo Thomas; son, Craig Thomas (JoAnne); daughter, Diane Proffitt (Eddie); son, Johnny Burroughs (Stephanie); sister, Ruth Thomas Willingham; brother, Henry Thomas; and many grandchildren and great grandchildren.

He is preceded in death by his parents, Verron Thomas, and Carrah Stidham Thomas; and brother, Emons Thomas.

A memorial service will be announced by the family at a later date.

 In lieu of flowers, the family request donations be made to the

American Cancer Society.
