Charlotte Maxwell Richter, age 76, passed away Friday, February 12, 2021 in Alabaster, AL. She is preceded in death by her parents, Clyde Sr. and Mildred Maxwell; son, William Conway; brothers, John Maxwell and Clyde Maxwell Jr; and sister, Donna Norris (Maurice). Charlotte is survived by her loving husband, Lawrence “Mac” Richter; daughter Wanda Jaskowiak (Mike); son, David Conway (Connie); sisters, Diane Stallings (Jere), Joanne Anthony, and Brenda Calhoun. Services will be held at a later date.
