Richard Robert Perry

Richard Robert Perry, age 67, passed away unexpectedly on Thursday, January 25, 2024. He was born in Ohio on December 10, 1956 to his parents, Robert Ernest Perry and Betty Jane Green, both preceded him in passing. Richard is survived by his fiancé, Valerie Burns of Montevallo, AL; sons, Patrick Perry (Brandi) of Woodstock, AL and Jesse Perry; grandson, Nolan Perry; brothers, Pete Perry (Kathy) of Wickenburg, AZ and Paul Perry of Cartersville, GA; aunt, Sharon Berriden (Phil) of Fairbanks, AK; nephew, James Patrick Perry; and sister-in-law, Jeraldine Perry. He enjoyed reading whenever he had a chance. Richard loved traveling so he could go hunting in Alaska, Arizona, and Missouri. A celebration of life will be held Friday, February 2 ,2024 in the Charter Funeral Home Chapel. A visitation will be held at 12 p.m. followed by a service at 1 p.m.
