Clifford Wesley Galloway, age 75, passed away Sunday, August 6, 2023 surrounded by his loved ones. He was born in Alice, Texas on March 4, 1948 to his parents, Carl Virgil Galloway and Delta Mae Beams Galloway.  Both have preceded him in passing.
