Rosalynn M. McClure

Rosalynn M. McClure, 88, passed away peacefully on June 21, 2026, beside her devoted and loving husband of 68 years. She was born on February 15, 1938, in Indianapolis, Indiana, to Edwin and Irma Hasseld.

A longtime resident of Alabaster, Alabama, Rosalynn built a life rooted in service, community, faith, church, family, and friends. She was a dedicated member of Helena Methodist Church, where she sang in the choir and served as a Stephen Minister, offering compassion and support to those in need.

Rosalynn found joy in life’s simple pleasures. She cherished her time at the beach, where she delighted in collecting seashells—each one a small treasure. Above all, she treasured time spent with her family and friends, creating memories marked by warmth, laughter, and love.

She is survived by her devoted husband, Donald L. McClure; her son, Michael (Kristin), and her grandsons, Alex (Kristen) and Evan McClure (Emily). Rosalynn was also blessed with great‑grandchildren, Maddie and Finley.

Rosalynn’s life was a testament to grace, generosity, and unwavering love for church and family. Her presence will be deeply missed, but her legacy lives on in the hearts of all who knew her.
