Robyn Michelle Counts

Robyn Michelle Counts, age 43, passed away unexpectedly on Friday, June 21, 2024. She was born in Indianapolis, Indiana where she spent her childhood and completed school. Robyn moved to Alabama where she began her adult life.
She is preceded in death by her grandparents, Elmer and Phyllis Counts; Louise McKee and Earl Wilkes (Arlene Wilkes). Robyn is survived by her daughter, Haley Shuttlesworth (Jake Sexton); granddaughters, Everly Jane and the much-anticipated arrival of Anna Michael; She is also survived by her father, Donald L. Counts (Johnnie Counts); mother, Debra L. Yates (Thomas Yates); and brother, Ryan M. Counts (Amanda Counts).
Her family will remember her as a thoughtful and caring spirit who loved with a heart of gold. She was smart, witty, funny, and enjoyed a good joke or prank. She was fond of celebrations and holidays. Robyn was a talented decorator who would make her home shine with her creative decorations. She had such a giving heart and loved her family and her pets deeply. Her memory will always be carried in our hearts.

A Celebration of Life to honor Robyn will be held Thursday August 1, 2024, from 4-7pm at the Mary Ann Phelps Activity Center located at 2200 Rock Quarry Drive Tuscaloosa, Alabama 35406.
