Ray was one of the best men to have in your life. He was a great worker from a youngster to the present time. If you needed help for anything, all you had to do was call Ray. I know Brenda and family will miss him greatly! Hope to see you in the sweet by and by! Ed
Ray Sisco….what a gem of a man! The Siscos have been our neighbors since I was in high school. I would see Ray multiple times a day driving past my house to a job. When he passed by he always waved and if he thought something was not quite right, he would turn around to see if you were OK or if he could help in anyway.
Since Ray was on the Brierfield Volunteer Fire Department sometimes he would show up at the house to check on us since he had firsthand information that we did not. Most of the time things were fine, but I can remember a couple of times he was a godsend at critical moments.
Since Ray has been sick I have missed seeing him drive by the house and wave or honk the horn.
Ray was not only a good man, he was a good neighbor and friend.
Brenda, Heather, Rachel, Donny and all of your family members are in my thoughts and prayers. We know Ray is no longer in pain and is completely whole again. But I know his physical presence will be extremely missed. I’m sure he and my Dad are discussing so many things.
May God bless each of you and give you an abundance of strength throughout the coming days.
