Luther Hiram Devore, age 86 of Alabaster, Alabama passed away Wednesday, November 29th, 2017.  A visitation will be held at Charter Funeral Home on Friday, December 1st from 11:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. with a graveside service at the Alabama National Cemetery at 1:15 p.m.
