Barbara Lee Pyka, age 87, passed away on Thursday, November 29, 2018.  She is predeceased by her parents, Charles Edward and Estelle Marie (Lee) Palmer; husband, Henry Joseph Pyka, Jr.; and sons, James E. Jensen and Daniel J. Jensen.  Barbara is survived by her daughters, Susan M. Cain (Edwin) and Laura L. Cain (Richard); son, Thomas M. Jensen; 9 grandchildren and 17 great grandchildren.  A visitation will be held on Monday, December 3, 2018 from 10:00 a.m. – 11:00 a.m., with a funeral service to follow immediately at 11:00, both held at St. Thomas the Apostle Catholic Church in Montevallo, Alabama.  Burial will follow at 12:30 p.m. in the Alabama National Cemetery.  Reverend Raymond Dunmyer officiating.
